Certified Dental Editor (CDE) Notice of Intent to Apply for CDE

The application process for becoming a Certified Dental Editor (CDE) states that the successful completion of 30 hours of documented continuing education within four years of initial application. These hours must be in approved subjects related to writing, editing, layout and design, editorial leadership and communications.

In order to initiate this four-year period of accomplishment, CDE candidates must complete this form and return it to the AADE headquarters office.
